2026 MCS-150 Biennial Filing Portal
Per the FMCSA a Biennial update or form MCS-150 is required to be filed if any of the below apply to your operating authority:
Before it begins operations
Within 30 days of any change in information (address, telephone number, email, # power units, etc.)
Every 24 months, according to the last two digits of the carrier's USDOT number.
****To calculate fleet mileage, use the total miles traveled by all vehicles registered under your USDOT in 2025****
